PAINTING I am self taught and my works are oil on canvas, they are neither airbrushed or digital. While I do have a Wacom tablet (which I love), I don't paint digitally, it lacks the tactile sensuality that is inherent to traditional painting, and more importantly one of my goals is to create a unique object, which is impossible with a digital file. I'm in the process of finishing my artist's statement, which is currently a stack of notes, observations & ramblings. In short my work is subconscious, visceral, intuitive, and fundamentally selfish - I strive towards the intangible, the ambiguous, and the obscure. By posing visual questions I hope to stimulate the imagination of the viewer. I'm selling a few paintings on Etsy. DESIGN I've been a professional graphic designer, specializing in print media production, for over a dozen years. My skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are quite mad indeed. I'm also experienced in a wide variety of 3D, audio, & web applications. I also design custom tattoos, some of which are available here: TattooFinder.com & Flash2xs.com PHOTO I accidentally ran over my first 35mm SLR (Canon AE-1P) with my first car (70' Camero) when I was 19 (true story) - I've loved photography ever since. I started off shooting film but have made the complete transition to digital. I use photography primarily as an image gathering tool and for painting reference. Within the past few years I've started to shoot erotica and weddings as well. ET CETERA I currently reside in hilarious San Diego.
